Expansion of the core content paradigm

I know I haven't updated this blog much recently. That's why, as of now, I'm expanding the scope of the blog to include other types of images. Specifically, Photoshopped stuff. (Or GIMPed stuff, as the case may be, since I don't use Photoshop any more.)

So without further ado, here is my latest abomination: David Gilmour rocking out on an IBM Model M keyboard.

I don't know why I did this.

Slowing down? Never!

I know I pretty much haven't posted anything here since I made the blog, but I'm in the middle of exams right now and have no time for drawing. I've got a comic on the back burner though, so I'll have some pages up during my (almost) four weeks of holidays.

In the meantime, delight yourself with this sneak preview of the OFFICIAL ModRocker t-shirt:

Ooooh... aaaah...

About Mod Rocker

In the beginning there was but an idea: the fusion of two warring factions, the Mods and the Rockers. I envisioned that to reconcile these seemingly irreconcilable sides would usher in a new era of peace, harmony... and awesomeness.

So I grabbed my sketchbook and started sketching furiously, sweat forming on my brow as I intently brought into being my vision of a better tomorrow. I drew and I drew and I drew, and I scanned and I Photoshopped and I coloured and I shaded... and I dreamed.

And I CREATED.

And finally I was ready to share my vision with the world, to yell from the rooftops:

And so it came to pass, that I registered the domain www.modrocker.net to share the doctrine of the Mod Rocker. But it turned out that no-one really cared so now it's my sketch blog.

Then I decided it wasn't worth having a whole separate domain for it so I changed it to modrocker.middlerun.net, as on off-shoot of my main site.
